Fair labor standards, written down and enforced.
We import manufactured parts into the United States. We will not buy or sell goods made with forced, prison, indentured or child labor, and every supplier is held to our written Supplier Code of Conduct.
We expect every supplier, and everyone in their supply chain, to treat workers lawfully and with dignity, act ethically, and tell us honestly where and how our goods are made. Our risk-based program follows U.S. forced labor law and is reviewed every year.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires:
Every supplier signs our Code and certifies compliance in writing each year. We screen suppliers before the first order, review self-assessments and records, and use independent audits and our own site visits. Problems must be fixed and affected workers made whole. Serious violations stop orders and can end the relationship.
Workers, suppliers, auditors and the public can report labor concerns in our supply chain to tbachjr@oemsources.com. Reports can be anonymous, identities are shared only on a need-to-know basis, and we do not tolerate retaliation for good-faith reports. Suspected forced labor in U.S.-bound goods can also be reported to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
OEM Sources is a certified member of the C-TPAT Security program run by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Our social compliance program supports that membership.
Proven at the source.
